Sunrise Senior Living to Develop Condominiums

Sunrise Senior Living, Inc., the nation’s largest provider of senior-living services, received approval from the Dallas City Council to develop a condominium project for people aged 60 and over at 3511 North Hall Street. This luxury residence designed for seniors is expected to be complete in early 2008.

Residents of the new community will benefit from Sunrise‘s almost 25 years of experience in offering high quality residences, hospitality, health care and service to seniors. The planned 23-floor building will feature more than 140 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums, fine and casual dining, a fitness facility, an indoor pool, activity rooms and luxury spa services. Two floors in the community will be available to those seniors needing assistance with activities of daily living. The 350,000 square foot building will sit on one and one half acres of land and will offer sweeping views of Turtle Creek, Lee Park and downtown Dallas. Construction of the community is scheduled to begin later this year pending approval of the building plans by the city of Dallas. In addition to this community, Sunrise is developing two traditional senior-living communities in the Dallas metropolitan area and currently manages 15 senior- living communities in the state of Texas.
