Your city may be sold. The Boomers and Seniors World Network is expanding to
better serve the Baby Boomers and Seniors in local markets. Our goal is to have
a Boomers and Seniors City Site in every city in America.

“Our Boomers and Seniors World Network is expanding to America’s cities. We see
the Baby Boomers and Young Seniors as a national demographic with local energies,
needs and concerns. Our world network is now a localized city network that will
bring services, products, public forums, local news and events to every Baby
Boomers and Seniors household in the United States.” That is what Larry
Eulenfeld CEO had to say when asked about The Boomers and Seniors City Sites
project now being offered by his seven year old company.

City licenses will be sold through out the United States and the price is based
on each cities population according to the 2004 census figures. State Masters
licenses are available for a negotiated price. Over 20 city licenses have been
sold in the pre-construction phase in the last three weeks.

Mr. Eulenfeld explained that the Baby Boomer and Young Seniors market place is
exploding across the nation. Every major company in America is spending millions
on marketing to the Boomers on a national basis. Television ads with music from
the flower power generation are touting the financial markets. Stock brokers,
insurance, and banking companies are using Steppenwolf and The Rolling Stones to
entice Boomer buyers.. Automobiles, recreational toys, and erectile dysfunction
ads are aimed at the Boomers daily. MSNBC even created the Boomer Nation forum
to help the Boomers with financial advice.

“Boomers and Seniors need to know what is going on in their own backyard. We are
going to localize the Boomers and Seniors marketplace for the benefit of
consumers and marketers with our city sites. Every city website will have its
own distinctive style and look with emphasis on the community. Each Boomers and
Seniors City will have a real estate directory, financial directory, pharmacy,
dating site, travel agency, medical directory, and a medical discount plan.
Information on Medicare, Insurance, Veterans affairs and Government news alerts,
nationally and locally will be available. Cyber shopping malls loaded with
nostalgia items, along with goods and services from local vendors will be
available for consumers. The entertainment section will provide updates on local
events, plays and happenings and there will be the Boomers Seniors Gaming
section where you can play for fun or cash. Each city will host its own Boomers
Seniors World Expo twice a year celebrating the health, wealth, and spirit of
the Boomers and Seniors. Our city sites will serve the local Boomers and Seniors
with an incredible experience.”

The requirements for the owners of each city license is they must have a
business background, care about their community and they must be at least a Baby
Boomer in age. Prices begin at $1995 for smaller cities and that is for the
first phase or pre-construction prices. Most of the revenue generated by the
city site is retained by each owner.

“We are extremely excited about this project and pre-marketing interest has been
phenomenal. We are going to add to our services and products as we expand into
each city providing the Baby Boomers and Seniors with choices for a better life
style.”
