Artistry Skin Care Taps into Aging Boomer Market

Recent reports by Mintel International reveal that sales of anti-aging
products grew an impressive 31 percent from 2002 through 2004. “This is great
news for our members, Quixtar Independent Business Owners (IBOs), who market
beauty products,” says Don Wilson of the Independent Business Owners Association
International.

“The number of people over 50 will soon grow to 111 million in the U.S., an
increase of about 25 percent over today’s numbers,” says Don Wilson. “According
to research by Datamonitor, many of these aging baby boomers feel younger than
their chronological age and they want products that will help them look as young
as they feel.”

“This desire is spurring the growth of products in the anti-aging category,”
adds Nancy Wilson. “In the past year alone, sales of anti-aging facial products
have grown by 23 percent.”

“Artistry skin care and cosmetics offers a wide array of products to help you
look and feel younger,” notes Wilson.

“Artistry recently introduced the Microdermabrasion System, an at-home
alternative to expensive and invasive skin enhancing treatments,” states Don
Wilson.

“The Artistry Microdermabrasion system includes Artistry Polishing Scrub, a
MicroExfoliation Cloth, and Skin Refinishing Lotion,” adds Nancy Wilson. “Used
together you’ll experience softer, smoother, more radiant skin.”

“The Artistry Microdermabrasion system is available in the United States and
Canada beginning August 2006 exclusively from our trade association members,
Quixtar Independent Business Owners in the United States and Canada,” says Don
Wilson.
